Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling Delivery to mainland UK will usualy be made by 14 day courier service or by one of our own delivery vehicles, however, in exeptional circumanstances this may take up to 28 days from the date from the date of dispatch. We will contact you by phone or email to arrange a convenient day for delivery. Due to the large nature of many of our product we require a fit and able bodied person to assist with unloading at the delivery address. |
| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in three business days . International orders are generally received in under twenty one days. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30-DAY NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE. Simply return the item unused and undamaged in its original packaging and receive a full refund.
In addition, all our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a minimum of 24 months, during which period the defective part will be replaced free of cost, subject to the product no being abused, misused or altered from its original design in any way. The defective part should be sent to your nearest showroom and upon receipt a new part will be sent. The item should be returned within 28 days of delivery of the goods. All products in the Aspen range supplied by A-La-Carte Bathrooms.co.uk should be fitted by a person or persons qualified to fit the item in question and their name and contact details must be clearly noted with the returned item. Failure to comply with these terms will invalidate the guarantee.
In the unlikely event of a suspected fault arising which requires a home visit from our engineers a £100.00 call out charge will be made prior to our attending. This charge is fully refundable if the fault is found to be within the terms of this guarantee.
Please Note:-
When goods are returned using our 30-day no quibble guarantee we will refund the full purchase price of the goods, but not the postage and packaging. However in the case of faulty goods, or goods which we have requested that you return to us, we will refund the full purchase price of the goods plus postage and packaging. When using the 30 day no quibble guarantee we advise you to insure against loss or damage in transit, as we will not credit for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights and are provided by Problem Solvers Limited. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. |
